Refund and Dispute Policy
Refund, provider payment, and dispute handling for TravelDrop marketplace transactions.

Before Payment
A sender can choose not to pay before checkout. No marketplace payment is collected until the sender starts and completes Stripe Checkout.
After Payment
After payment, Stripe processes the marketplace transaction and routes provider payments through Stripe Connect where available. TravelDrop operates marketplace software and support workflows.
The platform service fee helps cover marketplace operations, payment processing, risk review, and support.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed based on delivery status, user evidence, transaction records, and Stripe payment status.
If a refund is approved, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method when possible.
Disputes
Users should submit disputes from the transaction page and include photos, messages, receipts, or other relevant evidence.
TravelDrop may review evidence, restrict marketplace activity, or request/issue a refund when supported by Stripe and the transaction record.
